We spend a large portion of our time searching for areas of claims that litigation funders and other funds haven't got to, largely due to size, technical ability required to structure data around the claims, or mandate restrictions. Competition in this market is concentrated, because most follow the same model, which leaves many smaller or unpopular claims an open market. We bring those to you, sourced and analysed.

We can move freely, and cover areas industry mandates typically don't.
02Technical reach
We partner with those who have the technical ability to surface claims hidden in unstructured data. If there is an existing table of ongoing / pending cases, such as UNCITRAL, the areas are typically more competitive. We are not tech experts, but tech in the claim industry is poor, so the competitive-edge hurdle is low.
03No bureaucracy
We have a very simple build, so we are flexible and fast moving. We have no one to answer to, no HR, nothing.

Fee and contract
Fee
Collected from the buyer, and paid within five business days of the deal closing unless otherwise agreed. Our fixed costs are very low, so we're happy to take a larger portion of our fee on the backend. Specifics are available on request.
Contract
A contract can be provided within 72 hours' notice. We're happy to shape it around what works for both of us. We're more concerned with things working than with our sole benefit.
